PROJECT

Residence located in one of the most sought-after areas in the southwest of Mallorca it has 5 bright rooms with a Mediterranean style where stone and wood are the undisputed protagonists.
It has a large circular-shaped living room and the adjoining areas with gabled roofs.
The site located as a central patio manages to provide the necessary cozy atmosphere. To enjoy the area more an outdoor terrace was added with a natural wood pergola.
The intention of the Project was to modernize the residence with suggestions in finishes gates and decoration in general.
