Purchase of a demolished apartment on the third floor, located near the Pere Garau Market at Palma de Mallorca.
The apartment had only 3 rooms, and it was converted to 4 rooms for greater profitability.
We had carried out: design, develop, remodeling and execution project. We take care of municipal and demolition permits as well as connections to municipal services.
